Feeling Burned Out and Carrying Too Much on Your Own?
Therapy for women navigating burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm—so you can find balance, set boundaries, and feel like yourself again.
In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you can be vulnerable without fear of judgment; a space where you can focus on your own needs and work through the challenges that feel overwhelming, whether it’s the pressures of daily life, emotional exhaustion, or the strain on your relationships.
Together, we’ll develop practical tools and strategies to help you not just cope, but begin to thrive without sacrificing your sense of self in the process.
I take a personalized approach to therapy because no two experiences are alike, and neither are the paths to healing. I draw from a variety of evidence-based tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness, to meet your unique needs. My goal is to help you quiet the noise of guilt and anxiety, reconnect with yourself, and build emotional resilience to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re constantly showing up for others. Whether in your family, your work, or both, it’s easy to reach a point where you feel exhausted, stretched thin, and disconnected from yourself. Many of the women I work with are moms, while others are professionals or helping professionals who are used to being the one others rely on.
What You Might Be Feeling:
"I feel like I’m drowning, but no one can see it."
"I’m so tired of putting everyone else’s needs first… I can’t even remember the last time I had a moment to breathe."
"My marriage or relationships feel off, but I’m too overwhelmed to fix them."
"I can’t shake this feeling of guilt, no matter how hard I try.
"I just can’t stop feeling anxious. It’s exhausting."
If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place. You deserve support, care, and a space where you can finally focus on yourself without feeling guilty for it.
What Burnout Can Look Like
Burnout doesn’t always show up in obvious ways. It can build slowly, leaving you feeling drained and disconnected long before you realize it. You might notice:
Constant emotional and mental exhaustion
Feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships
Feeling irritable, anxious, or on edge
Carrying a sense of pressure or responsibility that never seems to ease.
Difficulty resting or slowing down, even when you try
Struggling to set boundaries or say no without guilt
Burnout is especially common in women who are used to being the ones others rely on—whether at home, at work, or in helping professions like counseling, healthcare, or education. If this sounds familiar, therapy can give you a space to pause, process, and begin reclaiming your energy, clarity, and sense of self.
MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Hi there, I’m Taylor,
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience supporting women through burnout, anxiety, and the weight of life’s many responsibilities.
I know how easy it is to lose yourself when you’re constantly showing up for others. Both personally and professionally, I’ve experienced what it’s like to feel stretched too thin—trying to balance the needs of family, work, and everything in between. After becoming a mom, I found myself navigating burnout and the challenge of reconnecting with who I was outside of all the roles I was carrying. That experience, along with my work as a therapist, deeply shapes how I show up for my clients.
Many of the women I work with are moms, while others are professionals or helping professionals who are used to being the ones others rely on. No matter how it shows up, burnout can leave you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself.
I offer virtual therapy for women in Louisiana and Texas, making it easier to access support in a way that fits your life. Whether you’re navigating burnout, relationship stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the day-to-day, I’m here to provide a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin focusing on yourself again.
