Hi there, I’m Taylor,

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who loves working with women just like you! With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many women struggling to balance all of life’s responsibilities.

I know first-hand how hard it can be to balance everything—especially when you’re also trying to be a mom, a wife, and a person with your own needs. After becoming a mom myself, I experienced the overwhelming feelings of burnout and the struggle to regain a sense of self that so many of my clients are familiar with. I can remember those days where everything felt too much, and I didn’t know where to turn. I’m grateful for the support I found along the way, and it’s that same compassion and understanding that I bring to my work with clients today.

Due to how busy our schedules are, I offer teletherapy services for clients in Louisiana and Texas, which means you can access therapy from the comfort of your own home, on your own time. Whether you’re navigating the early stages of motherhood, feeling disconnected in your marriage, or simply trying to find a way to cope with the stress of daily life, I’m here to offer a safe and welcoming space for you to begin your journey toward healing.
