Hi there, I’m so glad you’ve found your way to my site!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s toughest challenges. I specialize in working with women who are dealing with burnout, anxiety, relationship struggles, and that critical inner voice that can be so hard to quiet. Many of the women I work with are moms navigating postpartum adjustments and the emotional demands of family life, while others are caregivers, professionals, or helping professionals who spend much of their time supporting others.

I understand what it feels like to pour everything into caring for others while putting yourself last. Both in my personal life and in my work as a therapist, I’ve experienced how easy it is to become emotionally exhausted when you’re constantly showing up for others. As a clinician, I’ve felt the weight of holding space for others day after day, while trying to manage my own responsibilities outside of work. And after the birth of my child, that exhaustion deepened. I found myself overwhelmed mentally, emotionally, and physically. The pressure to “do it all” while feeling disconnected from myself was so much harder than I ever expected. I was experiencing the familiar signs of burnout and struggling with the realities of postpartum challenges.

It took me time to recognize that I needed support, but once I did, therapy became an incredible resource for healing and change.

These experiences have shaped my practice and fueled my passion for helping other women who are feeling the same way. Many of the clients I work with are navigating motherhood and postpartum challenges, while others are professionals or helping professionals experiencing burnout from constantly caring for others. I truly understand what it’s like to feel stretched too thin, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re dealing with postpartum anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or the pressure to keep everything together, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey.

I believe in taking a personalized approach to therapy, because no two people are alike, and neither are their struggles. That’s why I draw on a variety of therapeutic tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness, to meet your unique needs. My goal is to help you quiet the noise of guilt and anxiety, reconnect with your sense of self, and build emotional resilience to handle whatever comes your way.

I know how overwhelming life can feel when you're juggling so many responsibilities and expectations while still trying to care for yourself. Many of the women I work with are used to being the one others depend on—whether in their families, relationships, or careers which can make it difficult to slow down or ask for support. You are deserving of healing, hope, and connection, and I want to help you find a path forward that feels doable, one that brings a sense of balance, calm, and self-compassion.

If you're ready to take that first step, I’m here to listen and help you create space for yourself in the midst of it all. We can work together to find small but meaningful ways to restore your energy, set boundaries, and embrace moments of peace and rest. Let’s set up a consultation and explore how we can create a personalized plan to help you reclaim your energy, confidence, and joy. I'm excited to support you as you take that next step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My Values

Compassion & Understanding

I know how easy it is to lose yourself when you’re constantly showing up for others. Whether in your family, your work, or a helping profession, carrying so much for so long can feel exhausting. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood without judgment or pressure to have it all together.

Personalized Support

No two experiences of burnout or anxiety look the same. That’s why I take a personalized approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based tools to meet your specific needs. Together, we’ll focus on what will actually help you feel more balanced, grounded, and supported in your daily life.

Healing & Resilience

Healing isn’t about doing more or pushing harder. It’s about learning how to care for yourself in a sustainable way. I help you reconnect with who you are, build emotional resilience, and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges without losing yourself in the process.

Convenience & Accessibility

Life is already full, and therapy shouldn’t add more stress. I offer virtual sessions so you can access support from the comfort of your own space, making it easier to prioritize yourself even with a busy schedule.

Faith-Based Support

For those who want it, I integrate Christian principles such as prayer and scripture into our work. If that’s not part of your journey, that’s completely okay. Our work together will always reflect what feels most meaningful and supportive to you.
