I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s toughest challenges. I specialize in working with moms who are dealing with postpartum issues, burnout, anxiety, relationship struggles, and that critical inner voice that can be so hard to quiet.
I understand what it feels like to pour everything into caring for others while putting yourself last. After the birth of my child, I found myself exhausted—emotionally, mentally, and physically. The weight of caring for my family, trying to "do it all," and feeling disconnected from myself was so much harder than I ever expected. I was experiencing the familiar signs of burnout and struggling with the realities of postpartum issues. It took me time to realize I needed help, but once I did, I found therapy to be an incredible resource for healing.
These experiences have shaped my practice and fueled my passion for helping other moms who are feeling the same way. I truly understand the emotional rollercoaster you might be on, and I want you to know that you don't have to go through it alone.
